Talented Tenth Consulting Services, LLC was founded in 2007, by Nathan Stephens, a non-profit administrator and community advocate. The idea of starting an
organizational consulting firm came to fruition when Nathan was overwhelmed by the continuous requests to speak to youth programs, assist with non-profit innovation, and teach diversity training in the for-profit and nonprofit
field.
